How to Delete Your Account

In compliance with global app standards, we provide multiple ways to permanently remove your data:

In-App Deletion: Go to Settings > Account Security > Delete Account. This process is instant and automated.
Web-Based Request: If you no longer have the app installed, please email privacy@padelibertoh.com from your registered email address.

Data Retention & Legal Compliance: Upon request, we delete your profile, credentials, and saved addresses within 30 days. However, as a registered Philippine entity, we are legally required by the BIR (Revenue Regulation No. 5-2024) to retain transaction logs and invoices for a period of up to 10 years for tax and audit purposes.
